This one’s called: Go FAR. In order to Go FAR in your injury recovery, you need to first be willing to Feel your feelings, so you can Accept your current situation, and then have some tools to move you through and Recover.
You’ll learn why it’s imperative to allow yourself to feel your feelings and move into them instead of away from them, the types of situations it can be useful to use the FAR acronym, and how to use this as a mindfulness practice and a tool to aid in your injury recovery.
