Mental Skills Training is for the athlete or team that is ready to take control of their mental game. Developing a strong set of mental skills helps you dial in your focus and build confidence. Having confidence in your ability means you can consistently perform your best under any situation.

Individual Training

Suffer from from performance anxiety? Every person has the capability of improving their motivation, confidence, focus, and ability to perform under pressure and accomplish any goal you set for yourself.

Team & Group Training

Group trainings and workshops facilitates team building, team cohesion, and fosters open communication among teammates.

Who are Carrie’s clients?

Carrie works with all different clients, from people who are trying to make health and fitness a priority in their life, business professionals looking to enhance their work performance, to elite and professional athletes. Working with a Mental Skills Coach is about giving yourself the opportunity to be the best you can be, no matter what level you are performing at, or what your “sport” is. Here are some of the challenges faced by the clients I work with:

  • Feeling doubts about their ability and experiencing performance anxiety that holds them back from performing their best under pressure
  • Experiencing some feelings of burnout and not feeling the same passion and drive that they once did
  • Coming back from an injury and afraid they won’t be the same aggressive and competitive athlete that they were before their injury
  • Moving up the ranks in their sport or profession and need help focusing on and believing in their ability to accomplish the big goals

Overall, all of her clients want to be resilient in the face of setbacks, perform more consistently, and have fun while they’re doing it!
